The AI Design Sprint is for organisations with bold ideas but limited time. These are businesses who need more than a clickable demo. They need a way to prove their vision works, excite investors, and win early customers — all within days, not months.

The Challenge

Most organisations arrive with ambition but no working software. They face high stakes: investor milestones, trade show deadlines, or board-level scrutiny. Traditional development cycles are too slow and too rigid. They need clarity, momentum, and something real they can put in front of decision-makers — fast.

Our Approach

The AI Design Sprint compresses months of work into five days. It begins with an in-person workshop to frame the problem, map user needs, and make early design choices. Day two refines the design and sets up the build environment. Days three to five are pure execution — designers, developers, and AI tools working side by side in an open kitchen style.

The sprint is built around the core principles of AI-Native development:

• AI in the loop: AI is not a bolt-on. From design workshops to coding, AI is an active participant, generating options, critiquing decisions, and accelerating delivery.

• Dynamic architecture: Prototypes use prompt pipelines, vector databases, and tool-using agents in place of brittle hard-coded logic. The system flexes from day one.

• Human–AI collaboration: Developers and designers treat AI models as peers — co-creators that write code, explore UX flows, and generate test data.

• Emerging roles: Each sprint surfaces new capabilities, from prompt engineering to AI evaluation. These roles are baked into the process, not added later.

Every sprint produces the same artefacts:

• A working prototype

• Annotated design screens

• Technical wiki of architecture choices

• Workshop write-up

The language is intentional — we don’t talk about MVPs or V1s. What clients leave with is a prototype: disposable if needed, extensible if useful.

The Outcome

What’s Next
