Turning bold ideas into working agents
Most “innovation programmes” live in slide decks. The Agentic Incubator doesn’t.
It is a live environment where early-stage agent concepts are built, tested and iterated with real customer data and workflows. Participants walk away not with theory, but with a working blueprint for agent-powered systems deployed into their own environment.
“The beginnings of that agentic core — prompts, context, structured tools — we are seeing solid early wins.”
— Mark Vallins, Dootrix
💡 Adrian Defta, CEO ProveIt, explains how to get started
Enterprise leaders see the promise of agents everywhere. But they face three blockers:
Where do you start?
How do you avoid burning cash on experiments that never land?
How do you balance speed with safety, regulation and trust?
The Incubator was designed to answer those questions. It is a structured but flexible space where client teams and Dootrix engineers work side by side to turn messy, manual workflows into clean, scalable agentic pipelines.
For participants, the benefits are immediate:
A safe space to explore agentic AI without risking customer trust.
Tangible acceleration of operational processes, turning days into minutes.
Early exposure to agentic design patterns that can scale across the business.
PR and award opportunities that come with being seen as an early mover.
“Exciting. Real momentum here.”
— Kevin Smith, CTO, Dootrix
The Incubator is more than a lab. It is how we help enterprises cross the gap from AI hype to agentic reality.
It is where ideas become systems. It is where teams gain the confidence to scale agents in the wild.
A hands-on programme for bold companies who want to prototype and experiment with agentic AI.
We're opening applications NOW.
Our invitation-only programme for ambitious companies ready to prototype the future of AI.
The platform, developed by the Dootrix R&D team in close collaboration with ProveIt, uses agentic AI to analyse incoming emails from finance companies, understand the current status of a customer’s complaint, and draft the appropriate next-step response.
“Our users aren’t just facing financial injustice, they’re facing a language wall,” said Adrian Defta, founder of ProveIt. “This solution acts as a digital co-pilot, making sure they never feel alone in the process.”
Fynlo is not just another telematics system or fuel tracker. It is “a carbon intelligence layer for existing fleet systems,”
The goal is to accurately measure vehicle emissions and offer a positive alternative to traditional carbon offsetting. Instead of carbon offsets via unverifiable global projects, users will be given options to direct funds to local charities that positively impact air quality and health.
