We’re looking for a hands-on Mobile Engineer to deliver production-grade mobile apps that are modular, maintainable, and built with best practices from day one. You’ll collaborate closely with designers, architects, and cloud engineers to shape exceptional mobile experiences, not just build screens.

This isn’t a maintenance role, it’s a builder’s role, focused on creating solutions that perform at scale.

• Delivering real-world solutions across mobile and cloud — from inception to deployment
• Collaborating daily with designers, developers, architects, and stakeholders
• Mentoring and reviewing code if you’re a senior team member
• Embedding best practices into everything you build
• Driving technical discussions and documenting engineering decisions
• Contributing to an open, curious, and forward-thinking engineering culture

• Xamarin and MAUI: Strong experience building production-ready apps (including Xamarin.Forms)
• MVVM, OOP, TDD, SOLID principles
• Google Firebase, push notifications, analytics, crash reporting
• Hands-on experience integrating APIs secured with OAuth
• CI/CD for mobile: Managing build pipelines (we use Azure DevOps)
• Translating Figma designs into working apps

• A passion for exploring and adopting new technologies
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Comfortable working in cross-functional, agile teams
• A mindset of lifelong learning and mentoring others as you grow

• If you only want to build front-end screens without caring about architecture, this isn’t your place.
• If you rely on tutorials instead of understanding what you're building, you'll struggle here.
• We expect MVVM, modularisation, clean code, and secure API integration as standard.
• Mobile doesn’t happen in a vacuum, you’ll work closely with designers, cloud engineers, and product owners.
• We need engineers who own features end-to-end, not just implement someone else's blueprint.

• Xamarin Native development
• Other cross-platform frameworks like React Native
• Native iOS (Swift) or Android (Kotlin) development
• Familiarity with Azure PaaS and Docker (we use these heavily on the cloud side)
• Passion for new technologies and innovation
• Comfortable working in cross-functional, multidisciplinary teams
